Next: I didn't see where you had tried to completely uninstall\reinstall the game (to a new folder not the same old one). <<< Again: Keep a written list of what you remove and gather the files for reinstalling it all once we isolate the problem. Sometimes camera drivers are embedded into the app so look around in your Programs list for anything you see that might be trying to use the stuff you are disconnecting\removing. Keep in mind that 'booster' programs need to go too, along with the apps that use them. <<< gather drivers for everything as you uninstall them. Without them plugged in I'm hoping the drivers won't even load but they might need to be uninstalled too, so be prepared to do so. And do you use two monitors? If so unplug the secondary one for now. Leave the mouse, monitor and keyboard of course, but everything else needs to go. So What I'd like to try is to disconnect all the peripherals from your computer and try again.
